• This prize consists of a Happy Horse Products Ltd Traveller. A cash alternative for this prize is not available.
• This prize draw is managed, controlled and administered by Happy Horse Products Ltd alone and any correspondence concerning this promotion should be directed to us.
• This prize draw is NOT open to employees of Happy Horse Products, or any agency connected with this prize draw or family members of any of these organizations.
• You must be over 18 to enter this prize draw and only one entry per household can be accepted.
• By participating and submitting information, respondents are agreeing to receive marketing offers from Happy Horse Products and/or its sponsors/partners.
• The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Prize draw winners are selected randomly by computer once every month, unless specified.
• The prize is not transferable for cash unless this option is offered as an alternative by Happy Horse Products.
• Prizes will be delivered to the person’s name held on the registration page for the prize draw winner unless otherwise requested.
• Prizes images are merely an indication and may not exactly represent the prize offer.
• Prizes can only be dispatched on confirmation of receipt of notification from the winner, who will be asked to confirm their postal address.
• Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability an alternative prize of similar value and specification will be substituted.
• All prizes must be claimed within 45 days unless otherwise stated. Thereafter the prize claim will be void. Void prizes may be redrawn and offered to another entrant or offered in another prize draw.
• Happy Horse Products reserves the right to redraw the prize draw winner if contact with the original winner cannot be made.
• Entrants acknowledge that their entries may be released or displayed to the public by Happy Horse Products or any agency connected with the prize draw and as sign all rights necessary for promotion, publication or of such entries to Happy Horse Products. Winners agree to grant Happy Horse Products or any agency connected with the prize draw the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without any additional compensation.
• The prize draw shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• The prize draw is only open to residents over the age of 18 based in the UK or Republic of Ireland, any entries collected outside of these areas will not be entered into the prize draw.
• Happy Horse Products reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the completion at any time.
• Happy Horse Products also reserves the right to remove any entry that it feels contravenes our reputation or affects our products.
