Through experimentation and development we devised Happy Horse Products patent registered steaming system that circulates and re-heats the steam in the chamber to en shore complete even steaming. This results in efficient treatment of hay, reduces steaming time and maintains high temperature constancy in excess of a 100 degrees centigrade, required for maximum effective hay treatment of 99.9% removal of harmful dust, moulds and spores.

This unit has been designed to be universal and deal with all types of hay, from a whole small bale to large sections from big round and square bales or even hay nets. To do one whole bale or equivalent will take approximately 50 to 60 minuets from when steam is produced with the timer operated heavy duty steam generator on less than 7 liters of water.
